Partizan Belgrade from Serbia is next in our Underrated Clubs list. Anyone looking to try out Belgium, should definitely think about managing Genk. The team certainly looks strong in defence, but you can see the potential this club has. So this is another youth-centric club looking to make a profit from developing players. With superb training & youth facilities you could turn this club into a powerhouse in short order if you can bring in the right coaching staff and customize your training regime.
